Terms and Conditions Subscriptions

The following terms and conditions relate specifically to any products listed on this site that are sold on a subscription basis. These terms are in addition to our normal ‘terms and conditions of sale’ and the shipping and returns policy’. A link to those can be found here:

Subscription Payment

  1. An initial payment will be taken on the date of sign up. Following this, a monthly payment or quarterly payment (depending on your package selection) will be taken on or before that same date each month or quarter.
  2. When you give your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card for the purpose of signing up to LACTEZIN. You agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by us after the expiration date of your payment card.
  3. In the event of a failed payment an email will be sent to you notifying you of the payment failure. You will be able to log in and click the “Pay” button next to the failed order in “My Account” to pay for the failed renewal and reactivate the Subscription.  If the recurring payment failure is not resolved, then the subscription will default to an “on-hold” status.
  4. No payment will be taken from your credit or debit card until your monthly or quarterly payment is due.  You can log on to your account dashboard to determine when your next payment is due and to manage your subscription.
  5. Your subscription payment will only be handled by a secure third party. Please note, when you place an order for LACTEZIN, the third party will securely store your card details so for us to take your periodic payment.
  6. You should be aware that where you have not paid us for your monthly subscription by the due date, and you still do not make payment within two months of the due date we will automatically cancel your subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, you may be able to re-subscribe in the next sign-up window. Due to the limited supply of subscriptions, we may not be able to guarantee that a subscription will be available.
  7. If you think that an invoice or any amount charged to you is wrong, please contact us promptly to let us know via our contact form or by email support@lactezin.com.au

Subscription Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your LACTEZIN subscription at any time after the first month on a monthly subscription, or after three months on a quarterly subscription.
  2. To cancel your LACTEZIN subscription please contact via our contact form or by email support@lactezin.com.au 5 business days prior to the renewal date.
  3. The cancellation will come into effect at the end of that current billing month or quarter.
  4. This paragraph does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, where applicable, your right to cancel your subscription in accordance with your statutory rights. To exercise your statutory rights, please contact us using our contact form
  5. We reserve the right to cancel or amend LACTEZIN or its terms (including the price of the subscription) at any time.  We will provide you with proper and timely notice of any changes to these terms. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with this paragraph if you do not wish to proceed with any changes. If you continue to use your LACTEZIN account, you will be deemed to have accepted any changes.

  2. If your contact details change during the term of your subscription, you can make this change by logging into your account and it will take effect immediately. You will be responsible for providing valid contact details and for ensuring your contact details are up to date. If your contact details are not up to date then we shall not be responsible in the event that you fail to receive your LACTEZIN order.
