Returns Policy

Changed your mind?

Lactezin products that are non-faulty can be refunded can be returned within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a change-of-mind purchase return/refund, the item being returned must be in the same condition that it was received i.e. unused and in the original sealed packaging. The returned product must be fit for resale. All shipping costs for the change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Products

If your goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery, please contact us immediately via our contact page and we will take you through the process to receive a replacement or refund.

Please inform us of any fault with the goods within 14 days of purchase.

Opened or used products

Unfortunately it is not possible to offer refunds on opened or used products. The only exception is with faulty items, as described above.

Shipping Policy

Want to know when your order will be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of you placing it online. All orders are shipped via Australia post (unless otherwise stated). Once dispatched we will email you with tracking details, it may take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to be activated and viewable online.

If you gave us the wrong address at checkout, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped then unfortunately, we can’t change the course of the parcel.
